Q1: Who can apply for the four-year technical college and two-year junior college day-time program union register distribution?
A1: Those who are fresh graduates from technical schools or general senior high schools and non-fresh graduates from senior high schools or with equal educational level that has participated “four-year technical college and two-year junior college union entrance examination” are qualified.

A2: 1. Those who are fresh graduates from technical schools or general senior high schools and non-fresh graduates from senior high schools or with equal educational level that has participated “four-year technical college and two-year junior college union entrance examination” are qualified.
  2. Fee payment: please refer to the manual relevant to matters of fees and selections of schools and departments.
     
     
Q3: If a fresh-candidate graduate from the technical school fails to be graduated from school on time, can he/she be qualified to participate the day-time program union register distribution? Can he/she be allowed with granted admission to his/her enrolled school if he/she does not get the graduation certificate?
A3: 1. According to the qualification stipulated by the handbook, those incomplete study at the technical schools, complying with the required terms academic but fail to get graduated from school due to unexpected reasons, are eligible to participate the union register distribution with equal educational level via a proof of the studying certificate or grades.
  2. If the candidate is still lack of graduation certificate while being granted admission to the enrolled schools, please take a proof of the “studying certificate” or “studying certificate with history grades” to the admitted school for registration.
     
     
Q4: When does the handbook of “the recommending examination of four-year technical college and two-year junior college” sell? How to buy it?
A4: Guidance: Examinees shall submit relevant documents and fees to schools within the dates as required by schools. Three stages are included as following:
  1. Preparation: submit a paper of “Investment of Examinee”.
  2. First stage: pay the fees of the first stage and submit the “Application of Recommendation”.
  3. Second stage: for the candidate passing the grades selection in the first stage, they shall pay the fees for the designate items in the second stage and submit the “Document of Examinee” and other references to his school. The school shall then hold a group application to the “Recommending Admission Committee of Four-year technical college and Two-year college”. The term “Document of Examinee” includes an application paper, written references and performances requisite in the recommendation, and other relevant datas. With respect to detailed information or requisite documents, please refer to the handbook.
     
   
Q5: For the candidate with granted admission in the recommendation, can he/she be able to attend other enrolling tests for the enrollment of other four-year technical college and two-year junior college? Is it possible that the Admission Committee would revoke his/her enrollment due to the above situation?
A5: The candidate with granted admission in the recommendation shall finish the procedures of registration in conformity with the terms stipulated by each school. Failing to comply, he/she will be deemed to disqualify the enrollment. For the registered student, he/she can not attend subsequent entrance tests and union register distribution held by other four-year technical college and two-year junior college at the same year. If the student is found to offend against the regulation, the Union Register Distribution Committed has the right to cancel his/her granted admission. Whereas, for those who do not meet the regulation of the school, do not complete the registration, or voluntarily give up the granted admission, they are eligible to apply other entrance tests held by other recruiting parties.
   
   
Q6: Can a fresh graduate apply for the recommendation by himself?
A6: No! The senior high school or technical school should hold a group application of recommendation for the eligible candidate at its school.
